RETURNS

We do not require customers to return any items. Photo evidence will be sufficient for any discussion.

REFUNDS

We’re happy to offer a refund if there is any damage or misprints to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. To do so, please reach out to support@finic.store with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition. 

However, if a customer simply changes their minds regarding a sale, it’s highly unlikely that a refund, exchange, or other special treatment will be offered.

You can expect to receive your refund within 7 days of the refund being processed. Your refund will return to the initial payment method used for purchase.

Our store utilizes Printify: a print-on-demand company. This means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. Be sure to make sure of the item being purchased.

CANCELATIONS

You’re free to cancel an order anytime before items have been processed (usually 24 hours after an order has been placed). If a cancelation is requested after an item has been processed, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancelation is possible. 

If you cancel your order within the 24 hour preprocessing period, you can expect to receive your refund within 7 days of the cancelation being processed. Your refund will return to the initial payment method used for purchase.
